Jill qualified as a chiropractor from the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic in 2006. She returned to her home town of Bicester to start work, developing a wide ranging practice over four and a half years in the Blackberry Orthopaedic Clinic in Milton Keynes.
Jill opened Williamson Chiropractic & Sports Injuries Clinic in Bicester in 2010.
Jill has continued to develop her interests in both treating sports injuries, children and in treating pregnant women through post graduate study. Including; specific cranial techniques for paediatric patients, dry needling (medical acupuncture), ultrasound, interferential, shock wave therapy, laser therapy, Graston Technique (a specialised soft tissue technique using shaped metal instruments) and taping techniques.
This has enabled her to treat nationally and internationally as part of the British Masters Medical Team in; France, Italy, Birmingham and London.
Jill has completed her post graduate qualification in veterinary chiropractic with the International Academy of Veterinary Chiropractic. The IAVC is a private educational institution founded to provide high quality post-graduate level courses to veterinarians and chiropractors.
She is also a qualified personal trainer, nutritional therapist and Pilates Instructor.
Jill was born in Buckinghamshire and has lived and been educated locally. She is married to John Williamson and her other interests include riding her horse, health and fitness and travel.
Jill is currently non practising after the birth of her second child but continues to work in her role as clinic manager whilst adding to her qualifications.
She has completed her yoga basics course. Jill has started her children’s yoga teacher training course as she continues to study towards her 200 hours enhanced yoga teacher training course accredited by Yoga Alliance International.
