Marion Harris

Marion was born in Abertillery, South Wales and studied at Cardiff University where she graduated with a Bsc in Economics and Social sciences.

She worked abroad in Canada and Germany before returning to the UK and worked for 16 years in the social housing sector. More recently Marion worked as Manager at Saxon Court, a private retirement housing development in Bicester.

Marion is also a qualified fitness instructor and running coach. She qualified with a Bsc in Sport Fitness and Exercise Instruction at the Open University. She teaches; Couch to 5K, dance aerobics, circuit training and Nordic walking.

Marion enjoys long distance running and has completed 6 marathons and 2 ultra marathons in the past but prefers 10K runs and Nordic walking these days. She also enjoys looking after her 2 cats.
